Same Day Delivery $25.00 Perth Metro Only. Same day delivery is purely subject to availability. If you have an urgent order please call beforehand to confirm if we are able to offer this service, as it is not guaranteed.

Can I track my gift box?

What if I need the gift sent urgently, can you help?

What if the person is not at home to receive the gift?

We typically provide the authority to leave (where safe and possible) the gift at your recipient’s home if unattended, or with a colleague or reception at their workplace. The delivery drivers are experienced and use their discretion when leaving parcels, if they deem it be unsafe, or it is unable to be left due to security gates and the like, then a card will be left to collect the parcel from their local post office or agent, or in some cases redelivery is arranged. The exception to this rule is for parcels containing alcohol as these gifts must be signed for due to liquor regulations.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we do. Please supply name of hospital and indicate if it is public or private. The department name/ward number/room number. The recipients name and contact number, and any other instructions – such as if the box can be left at reception etc.

If the recipient has been discharged from hospital before the gift arrives it is not the responsibility of The Bower’s Nest Gift Co to cover the cost of redelivery. Please ensure your recipient will be there to receive their gift, and in the case of an unexpected change to their circumstances, you may always call us on 0481213385 and if there is the opportunity to change the delivery destination, we will do our absolute best to accommodate it.

What if something breaks in transit?

All our gift boxes are carefully checked before departure. Please contact us immediately if there has been any damage during delivery so we can rectify.

How do I pay with Credit Card?

If you would like to pay by Credit Card choose the Paypal or Credit Card payment from the Cart Checkout.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We go to great lengths to ensure that your gifts get to you in the condition that we have packaged them. If there has been any damage in transit, please notify us immediately.

Do the boxes come with a note?

Yes, you may purchase one of the cards from our range of gift cards. Write your personal note at checkout and this will be printed on the card of your choice for you.

Can I create my own gift box?

Yes, please contact us directly to discuss.

Can I pick up the gift box?

Yes, please contact us prior to placing your order to make the arrangements. Pickup will be in Midvale.

Do you offer gifting services to businesses and professionals?

Yes we do. Please contact us on gifts@thebowersnest.com.au to discuss further.

Do you make substitutions to the boxes?

The only substitutions are with wine – red or white. There are no other substitutions, you are welcome to add on any item of your choosing.

Can you return your cardboard boxes?

Yes, you can. Click here for our rewards policy.

Can I purchase a gift containing alcohol if I am under 18 years of age?

No, both the purchaser and the recipient must be 18 years or over. So, even if the gift is for an adult, legally you may not purchase it if you are under age.
